During her undergraduate training, she obtained funding from the BUPA Foundation to investigate the psychological impact of facial disfigurement. She has presented and won prizes at national and international meetings, including on cataract surgery training at ESCRS, and on outcomes of paediatric corneal collagen crosslinking at BIPOSA.

Since starting at King’s, she has designed innovative surgical simulation models for corneal trauma and keratoplasty utilizing 3D-printing, and introduced new surgical techniques to the department. Together with colleagues, she has audited and published the department’s excellent outcomes of keratoplasty surgery. She is happy to offer long-term and lifetime treatment planning for her patients.

At work, she enjoys collaborating with like-minded colleagues, developing her clinical interests, and contributing to new ways of working to solve real-world clinical challenges.
