Dr Bazo Raheem

Dr Raheem joined King’s College Hospital as a Consultant Neurologist in 2020 having previously worked as a Consultant Neurologist in South East London. He completed his medical degree with distinction in Clinical Sciences at Guy’s, King’s and St Thomas’ Medical school, University of London, in 2008 and became a member of the Royal College of Physicians in 2011. He undertook his General Medical and specialist Neurology training including a fellowship in Stroke/Neurovascular medicine in teaching hospitals both in London and the South East of England. At King’s he serves as an attending consultant to the Tertiary Neurosciences unit and sees acutely unwell Neurology patients both on an inpatient and outpatient basis. He runs both a General Neurology service seeing patients from the full breadth of Neurological illness and a specialist clinic in Headache disorders. He is currently the chair of the South East London Headache Medication Optimisation committee and is passionate about individualised care for Neurology patients.
