Mr Edward Pringle was appointed at a Consultant Ophthalmologist at King’s College Hospital in 2014. He practises, teaches, trains and lectures in cataract surgery and all aspects of retinal disease including diabetic retinopathy, age related macular degeneration, retinal vein occlusion, retinal detachment, macular hole, epiretinal membrane and uveitis.
Mr Pringle specialised in ophthalmology with basic training in the Oxford region and higher surgical training in London. Further subspecialisation in inflammatory eye disease and retinal disease, both medical and surgical, was undertaken at St Thomas’ Hospital, King’s College Hospital and at the Sussex Eye Hospital.
