Mr Om Lahoti is a fully trained adult and children’s orthopaedic surgeon. He completed his training in Ireland and south east London and undertook a National Fellowship in Paediatrics at the Sheffield Children’s Hospital. He also travelled to the world famous Kurgan Institute to complete training in advanced Ilizarov techniques. Mr Lahoti is a specialist in hip, knee and foot disorders in adults and children. He is also interested in complex trauma and limb reconstruction following trauma. Mr Lahoti uses the latest techniques in limb reconstruction such as Taylor Spatial Frame and lengthening nails. He also carries out keyhole surgery on hip, knee and foot ankle joints and minimally invasive surgery for knee and foot and ankle problems. Mr Lahoti is widely published and has an interest in clinical research. He also has a keen interest in teaching and training undergraduates, post graduates and also provides training courses for other orthopaedic surgeons at King’s College Hospital. He is also an examiner for Intercollegiate Board Fellowship examinations in orthopaedic surgery.
